You will see a list of manufacturers. Select the manufacturers you would like to download by checking the boxes. If you would like to select the stencils for individual product lines of a manufacturer instead of an entire manufacturer, click on the manufacturer name and then check the product lines.

You will be asked for your contact information and the directory where the stencils should be downloaded (e.g. if using Microsoft Visio 2007/2003, you should place these files in the My Shapes directory). You must accept the End User License Agreement before you press the Download button.

If this is the first time you have downloaded from our site, you will be prompted to allow the download of an Applet file from Infomentum used to download multiple files. You must say "Yes" or the stencil files will not be downloaded. If prompted for a confirmation to start the file download, press "Yes".

Step 1: Make a check on right side boxes selecting the appropriate NetZoom Software. In Step 2: You must type your 20-digit subscription number and press the Next button.

Fill in the user information, accept the End User License Agreement and press the Download button to download the self-extracting installation file.

Run the self-extracting file to unzip the files and start the installation. You will be prompted for your subscription number. The product comes with only a small set of equipment shapes included.

After installing the software you will want to download the NetZoom Shape Updates for the manufacturers you would like to use. You can download either shapes for specific manufacturers or the Entire NetZoom Library from the website. Our NetZoom Libraries are constantly being updated with customer shape requests.

Step 1: Make a check on right side boxes selecting the appropriate NetZoom Software. In Step 2: You must type in your subscription number and press the Next button.

You will see a list of manufacturers. If you need to download 10 or more Shape Updates, we recommend you download the Entire NetZoom Library. Otherwise, to select the manufacturers you would like to download, check the corresponding boxes, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and press the Download button.

You will be asked for your contact information and the location path of the directory where the shape update files should be downloaded. These files should be downloaded to your NetZoom Upgrade directory as shown on the NetZoom About screen.

After downloading the files, you will need to run the Update NetZoom for Latest Shapes utility from the Start Menu and select Step 2 to merge the newly downloaded files into the NetZoom product database.
